Exploratory meeting. We begin with an exploratory meeting to get a firm understanding of the project brief and our client's business.
Concept development. Our design team will work on creative brand concepts and develop initial designs for your consideration.
Design refinement. We’ll incorporate your feedback into our designs and refine your brand.
Finalisation. We’ll deliver your final brand assets.

We’ll ensure there’s clear communication with the client and key stakeholders at each stage of the branding process and allow for plenty of feedback and discussion between each design stage before finalising.

What is the process for a website redesign?

Our website redesign process is as follows:

Kick off meeting. We’ll meet with you to take the full brief, discuss requirements, timings, roles (e.g. who is writing copy?) and goals of the new site.
Site map and software. We’ll confirm the new website sitemap and any third-party software integration requirements or custom functionality.
Initial design concept development. We’ll establish the look and feel of the new website across a handful of key content pages, then we’ll review and refine this based on your feedback. Any content or copy development required would also be completed at this stage.
New website design roll out. Once the initial concept design is approved, our team will roll out the new design across the rest of your site’s content pages, making each page mobile responsive along the way, and begin working on any custom functionality or software integrations required.
Testing. Once the full site has been completed, we’ll give you an opportunity to review the site in full while we do testing across all pages for things like links and functionality.
Site goes live. With your final approval, we’ll push the new site live!
