A Project Manager is also there to act as an intermediary between you and the creative team, helping to interpret and convey your goals to the designers – and likewise showcasing and explaining the design team's ideas and results to you. 

You will have a dedicated project manager who will be your main point of contact and manage your job from start to finish. Your project manager will work concurrently with our team of designers, copywriters, strategists, illustrators and animators so as to create the perfect and most effective design for your brand.

We offer both ongoing retainer-based projects and one-off projects, depending on your needs.

Our process is flexible and collaborative, and we adapt to suit each client’s unique needs. To illustrate our standard practice is to take a staged approach; 

1. Exploratory meeting. Firstly, we begin with an exploratory meeting to get a firm understanding of the project brief and our client's business.
   
   
2. Concept development. Secondly, our design team will work on creative brand concepts and develop initial designs for your consideration.
   
   
3. Design refinement. Thirdly, we’ll incorporate your feedback into our designs and refine your brand. 
   
   
4. Finalisation. Lastly, we’ll deliver your final brand assets. 

We’ll ensure there’s clear communication with the client and key stakeholders at each stage of the branding process as well as allowing for plenty of feedback and discussion between each design stage before finalising.

Our website redesign process is as follows:

1. Kick off meeting. We’ll meet with you to take the full brief, discuss requirements, timings, roles (i.e. who is writing copy? who are your main users to the site as well as whats currently working and not working). At this time we will also discuss and determine the goals of the new site.
   
2. Site map and software. We’ll confirm the new website sitemap and any third-party software integration requirements as well as any custom functionality.
   
3. Initial design concept development. We’ll establish the look and feel of the new website across a handful of key content pages, then we’ll review and refine this based on your feedback. Additionally any content or copy development required would also be completed at this stage.
   
4. New website design roll out. Once the initial concept design is approved, our team will roll out the new design across the rest of your site’s content pages as well as making each page mobile responsive along the way. Simultaneously we will also begin working on any custom functionality or software integrations required.
   
5. Testing. Once the full site has been completed, we’ll give you an opportunity to review the site in full while we do testing across all pages at this point for things like links and functionality.
   
6. Site goes live. With your final approval, we’ll push the new site live!
